Refund & Return Policy
At DayaWay Custom Co., each item is made with care and customized specifically for our customers. Because of the personalized nature of our products, please review our policy below before placing your order.
Custom Orders
All custom orders are non-refundable and not eligible for returns. Each item is uniquely made based on the design and details provided by the customer.
Design Approval
Before any design is completed, printed, pressed, or shipped, the design will be shared with you for final approval.
Once the design has been approved by the customer and printing/pressing has begun, the order becomes non-refundable and cannot be changed.
Errors With Your Order
If there is an error on our part with your order, please contact us directly and we will be more than happy to assist in resolving the issue.
Design Changes
Design changes can be made up to 48 hours before your item is scheduled to be printed, pressed, or customization begins.
For custom TV trays, design changes are only possible if the customization process has not already started. Please contact us to confirm.

Messages received outside of these hours will be responded to during the next business window.
